Ash grew up working within her family’s small business and later studied Business and Photography. She spent many years working as an event stylist and coordinator in Brisbane, which gave her a keen eye for detail and a creative flair. Ash started dessert delivery company Hooray Brownies in 2017 after finding a gap in the market.

With a background in marketing and graphic design, Kate Williams launched nodo (pronounced “no-dough”) in 2014 to spread happiness through beautiful baked goods that combine artisan methods and naturally gluten free ingredients. From an initial market stall to eight booming locations, an online store and more, nodo is now a Queensland institution with a cult-like status and loyal following.
