World’s Best Fruit Salad

You’ve just discovered the recipe for the world’s best fruit salad. It’s healthy, colourful and best bit? You can make it 100% by yourself.

  1. Take a selection of your favourite fruits – we love mango, nectarine, apricots, grapes, strawberries and raspberries.

  2. Wash and cut them into bite-sized pieces then throw them all into a bowl.

  3. Top with a big spoon of cottage cheese or yoghurt, whatever you prefer then sprinkle with granola (the nuttier, crunchier and chunkier the better!)

  4. If you’re feeling fancy, top with a sprig of mint (which also helps the Masterchef vibes).

  5. EAT! – or make a second bowl and bring it to your mum in bed (extra points if you also bring her a coffee 😊 – but don’t burn yourself).
