But did you know listening to whale sounds can also help you fall into a calming, deep sleep?
Whales are very social creatures that travel in groups called “pods.” They use a variety of noises to communicate and socialize with each other. When captured on audio and played back, some people can find listening to the sounds very melodic and calming - like listening to the rain or the ocean.
Not everyone is a fan though, ‘Why would anyone want to listen to anything this creepy before bed?’ may have been discussed in our office. 😊
So why don’t you try it for yourself. Listen to them here and tell us what you think!
