Lemon Bliss Balls

Perfect for school lunches (nut free!) with an easy no-bake recipe and just four ingredients make these bliss balls an all-round winner. Containing just oats, coconut and lemon (yay) but also condensed milk (high in sugar) they’re a treat snack, so get rolling!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup oats
½ cup coconut
150g condensed milk
Juice and zest of one lemon

METHOD

  1. Juice and zest your lemon then mix in other ingredients. If it is a little too wet, let the mix sit for 10 minutes or so to help the oats soak up some of the liquid. 

  2. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and then roll in coconut if you wish.

  3. Refrigerate for at least one hour then enjoy straight from the fridge!

Makes about 10
